Katie Mead is a senior from Lee’s Summit, Missouri. She is majoring in nursing with minors in biology and spanish. This is her third year reporting for the Sentinel and she enjoys writing about activities and places in Kansas City! Katie runs on the Rockhurst’s cross country and track teams and outside of school, she enjoys hiking, walking with her dogs and listening to Taylor Swift!
