One of Rockhurst’s biggest career development events, dubbed “Meet the Firms,” is scheduled for Tuesday, September 5 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the university’s Convocation Center.

The event put on by Career Services allows students to meet representatives from various companies and industries. Although the event is directed toward students interested in a business career, there are often other fields and interests that employers look for in students. Meet the Firms is an opportunity for students to “meet with local, regional and national public accounting firms and other corporations to discuss full-time and internship opportunities,” per a flyer about the event.
