Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams prepared for the GLVC tournament prior to the final meet in Romeoville, Illinois.

Both teams are coming off impressive finishes at the past meet, the Billy Mills invitational, with the women’s team winning their second meet of the season, and the men’s team coming back with another second place, making it a pair of silver place finishes this year. Maggie Moyer has been great all year long, leading the team to a win at the Cottey College meet with a 1st place finish of 20:09, and she placed second overall in their most recent team win. The women’s team are 20-16 in their GLVC meets this year and look to finish strong. Jack Del Vecchio and Zach Hill lead things on the men’s side with Del Vecchio notching two top three finishes and Hill obtaining two top six finishes of his own.
